Guernsey funds may be structured as companies, protected cell companies (PCCs), incorporated cell companies (ICCs), limited partnerships or unit trusts. Master-feeder structures and principal investment and co-investment vehicles may also be used.
The team provides offshore advice on fund structures, fund formation, fund regulation, restructuring and corporate transactions with an investment fund element.
