Litigation - Cayman Islands 

The Cayman Islands litigation team specialises in complex high value commercial litigation and insolvency, both advocacy and advisory work. The eleven member team is headed by Christopher Russell, an acknowledged leader with many years experience at the English Bar and at the Cayman Bar, and other members of the team have wide experience, either at the Bar in England, or with major City of London or Australian law firms.

The firm is increasingly involved in cross-border litigation, in particular with the U.S., England, Hong Kong and The Peoples’ Republic of China, and in the enforcement of foreign judgments. The team handles many of the highest profile and highest value commercial disputes coming before the Cayman Islands Courts.
