The Jersey Litigation team focuses exclusively on commercial litigation. We advise on the technical, strategic and procedural aspects across the spectrum of problems and disputes which arise in an offshore environment. Our specialist Employment Law team also sits within the Litigation Group.

Many of the Litigation Team have previous experience with City of London law firms, or the English Bar, and possess substantial general commercial experience before both the Jersey and English courts. We are involved in many of the noteworthy and high profile commercial litigation matters that have occurred in Jersey in recent years.
