Onshore legal advice was provided by King Wood & Malleson LLP, and the fund is administered by Langham Hall in Jersey.
The Ogier team advising on the fund launch was led by partner Niamh Lalor, assisted by senior associate Dilmun Leach. Partner Richard Daggett led the advice on the establishment of four underlying Jersey property unit trusts, assisted by associate Amy Garrod.
Commenting on the deal Niamh said: "We were very excited to be involved with this new venture – our ability to deliver complex fund structuring and real estate structuring expertise in a co-ordinated fashion allowed Paloma to focus its energies on a successful fund launch and portfolio acquisition."
