Ogier in Jersey advises on the launch of the latest €400m Index Ventures fund

Ogier has acted as Jersey legal adviser for Index Ventures in relation to the establishment of their latest fund, Index Ventures VII, which recently closed at €400 million. 

Index Ventures VII has already made a number of investments and will continue to invest in equity and equity related investments primarily in private European, United States and Israeli early stage companies. 

Partner Niamh Lalor led the Ogier Jersey team assisted by associate Alexandra O'Grady.
