Ogier Jersey, Guernsey and BVI acted for Barclays Bank PLC in connection with the £500,000,000 financing of Tritax Big Box Reit plc’s UK Big Box real estate portfolio. The financing involved a syndicate of Barclays Bank PLC and three other banks. Tritax Big Box is a leader in UK Big Box real estate investment, and is the first listed entity to give pure exposure to the Big Box asset class in the UK.
