Chris is a Partner and the Head of the Litigation team in the Cayman Islands.
Chris joined Ogier in 2005. Prior to joining Ogier, he was a barrister in England; he was a member of, and remains associated with, New Square Chambers, Lincoln’s Inn, London, a leading set of Chancery/ Commercial Chambers and before this, he was a member of 13 Kings Bench Walk Chambers, London, a leading set of Common Law chambers.
He received his Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in Jurisprudence and Master of Arts, both from Oxford University.
Chris specialises in heavy insolvency, commercial and trust matters. He is a contributing author to International Asset Tracing in Insolvency (Oxford University Press, 2010). He has published numerous articles on corporate and trusts law.
Chris is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, and the Bar of England and Wales; he is also a member of the English Bar Disciplinary Tribunal.
