Duncan has experience in a wide range of international capital markets, corporate, investment and private equity funds and restructuring matters. Duncan has been BVI counsel to ISDA since 1997.
Duncan was also a member of the committee devoted to drafting a new Insolvency Act for the territory in 1999 & 2000 and is a member of the advisory committee charged with implementation.
Duncan received his Bachelor of Commerce, from Natal University, South Africa in 1991, then went on to complete his Bachelor of Law, from Natal University, South Africa in 1993
Duncan is a member of Kwazulu Natal Law Society The Law Society (England and Wales), the Bar Association (British Virgin Islands) and a Registered Foreign Lawyer regulated by the Hong Kong Law Society.
