Edward Mackereth is head of the litigation group in Jersey. He joined Ogier in 2004 and became a parter in 2010. He was previously a partner in a commercial firm in the City of London.

Edward’s practice encompasses fraud and asset tracing, trusts, financial services regulation and disputes, restructuring and insolvency, banking and anti-money laundering law and regulation, contractual, shareholder and boardroom disputes.

He has a wide experience of international and domestic dispute resolution.
