Kerry Lawrence was a partner in the firm from 2001 to late 2012 and was previously head of the Commercial Litigation group in Jersey. She joined Ogier in 1997 having previously been at the English Bar, and became a Jersey Advocate in 1999. Kerry retains a connection with Ogier as a consultant for the litigation and trust teams of Ogier Jersey.

Kerry advises on contentious and semi-contentious trust work, fraud and asset tracing/preservation, contentious regulatory, professional negligence and general commercial litigation - mainly finance industry related.

Kerry was educated at Oxford University and is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and the Royal Court Users Group.
