Matthew Swan is head of Jersey's banking team.
Matthew acts for a number of global organisations in respect of securitisation and structured finance transactions and for UK and Jersey banks in respect of lending and security. He has extensive experience of advising financial services businesses on Jersey legal and regulatory framework and on general corporate and commercial matters.
Matthew is named as a leading individual for corporate/ commercial in Chambers UK 2007 and for Banking and Finance in UK Legal 500 2007.
