Matthew Swan is head of the Jersey firm’s Business and Trust Law Group and the Jersey Banking Team.
Matthew acts for a number of global organisations in respect of banking, secured lending and structured finance transactions. He has extensive experience of advising financial services businesses on Jersey legal and regulatory framework and on general corporate and commercial matters. He has advised on a range of matters relating to security, enforcement and insolvency.
Matthew is named as a leading individual for corporate and finance in Chambers UK 2008 and for Banking and Finance in UK Legal 500 2008.
