Ray specialises in all corporate and commercial disciplines, banking, capital markets and structured finance matters.

Prior to joining Ogier, Ray practiced at Harney Westwood & Riegels for several years where he was a partner. During that time Ray had been the Head of both the Corporate Department and the Banking Department in the BVI, and had opened its Hong Kong office. Ray previously worked for Ogier in Jersey and prior to that DLA Piper in England.

Ray is recognised as a leading individual for corporate & finance in Chambers Global 2011, a leading financial & corporate lawyer in IFLR 1000 2011, a leading commercial lawyer in Legal 500 2011 and a leading finance and restructuring lawyer in PLC 2011.

Ray is the Managing Partner of the BVI legal practice.
