Benjamin started his career as tax adviser before joining a top tier law firm in Luxembourg where he notably advised clients on the setting up of their business, the restructuring of their group, the financing of their acquisitions and/or the implementation of domestic/cross-border mergers.
Before joining Ogier, Benjamin also worked in a top tier law firm in London and advised the world’s biggest investment fund in the financing of real estate transactions within various European jurisdictions.
Benjamin holds a French master’s degree in international tax and commercial law (DESS Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité Internationale) and was admitted in 2012 to the Bar of Paris. Additionally, he holds an LL.M. in UK Company/Insolvency Law and International Finance Law from Queen Mary University (London). Benjamin also qualified as Solicitor of England & Wales and was admitted to the Bar of London in 2017.
