Cedric Danois is an associate in the investment funds team, involved in a range of transactions. His practice focuses on the establishment and structuring of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, private equity funds, debt funds and real estate funds.

  • Background

    Cedric advises international clients and investment managers in relation to the set-up and day-to-day maintenance of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, including private equity, real estate and loan origination funds. He has a particular focus on unregulated alternative investment funds and AIFMD related queries.

    Prior to joining Ogier in 2017, Cedric worked in a leading law firm in Paris and at the corporate & regulatory department of a leading company in Luxembourg.

    Cedric holds a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Bordeaux, a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Bordeaux and an Advanced Masters in International Arbitration from the University of Montpellier which he obtained with Magna Cum Laude (High Honors). He also holds a certificate in Contract Law from Harvard University.

    He is fluent in English and French.
