Claire joined Ogier in November 2015 from London firm Eversheds where she was a Principal Associate in the Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team.
Claire previously worked in Guernsey for a number of years, acting for Channel Islands developers, architects, real estate investors, corporate occupiers, trusts and the States of Guernsey.
Claire was appointed to the States Review Committee set up in 2012 to review the structure and functions of the States of Deliberation (Guernsey's Parliament and system of government). Claire was one of two non-states members on the committee along-side former Chief Minister of Jersey, Terry Le Sueur. Following 4 years of advising the Committee pro-bono, the changes that the SRC proposed were unanimously adopted by the States and the revised form of government was instituted in May 2016.
Claire is a member of the Guernsey Construction Industry Forum and the Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
