Dan is a Jersey Advocate who advises across the range of services offered by the Employment Law team, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, contractual disputes including arguments over restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses, health and safety, and personal injury arising out of workplace accidents. Dan regularly appears before the Jersey Employment Tribunal.
Prior to joining Ogier in 2013, Dan was a Barrister at Farrar's Building specialising in employment and personal injury work. He was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2006, and is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn.
He graduated from the University of Durham in 2003 with a degree in English Literature, before passing the Graduate Diploma in Law with BPP in 2005. Dan went on to pass the Bar Vocational Course with a grade of Very Competent in 2006.
