Florence Chan joined the Hong Kong office in 2012 from Linklaters where she was trained and worked as associate in the corporate department. Florence has experience in advising on corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate and commercial matters.
Florence received her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce in 2005 from The University of Melbourne. She completed the Practical Legal Training at the College of Law, Victoria in 2006 and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University of Hong Kong in 2007.
Florence is recommended in the 2014 edition of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
Florence is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
