Julie is a Partner in Ogier’s Property Law Group and is head of Ogier’s Probate and Estates practice.
Julie has specialised in Jersey property encompassing commercial acquisitions and leases, residential development schemes and planning issues, mergers and acquisitions, property finance and residential purchases and sales for over 18 years.
Julie is also head of Ogier’s Probate and Estates practice, assisting Jersey based clients with the administration of Jersey estates and international clients where Jersey assets form part of a wider estate, together with the registration of Court of Protection Orders and Worldwide Affidavits, curatorships and tutelles.
Julie is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, the Law Society of Jersey and the Institute of Directors and is a past Chair of Jersey Business.
Recent experience includes:
Advised the Public/Ports of Jersey in pre-let and lease transactions of major new Cargo Centre, and in connection with a leasing structure created to facilitate the financing of the Arrivals Terminal and taxiway.
Represents the Parish of St Helier on compulsory purchase, development, legal and title issues, sales, leases and purchases.
