Kristi is a counsel in Ogier's Banking and Finance law group specialising in Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance.
  • Background

    Kristi has a wealth of experience both in-house and in private practice acting on benchmark listed Eurobond transactions, ranging from vanilla to more complex tax and regulatory-driven structures, whether stand-alone or under debt issuance programmes, on behalf of investment grade, sub-investment grade and emerging market corporate, financial and sovereign/supranational issuers.

    Prior to joining Ogier in 2017, Kristi was a Director in the DCM Legal Department of a leading European global investment bank in London, where she had a strong focus on Emerging Markets, including Russia/CIS, Central & Eastern Europe, and the Middle East/Northern Africa.

    Before moving in-house, Kristi worked in private practice specialising in both Structured Finance and Capital Markets at the Paris offices of each of Clifford Chance, Freshfields and Linklaters, as well as the Toronto office of Osler, where she trained and qualified.

    Kristi is fluent in French and has university-level Russian language capability.
