Before joining Ogier, Ming was part of Davis Polk & Wardwell Hong Kong Office, where she was an associate in the private equity group and specialised in mergers and acquisitions. She worked with a variety of clients, including PE funds and corporations. Ming obtained her LL.M degree from Harvard Law School in 2012. She also holds a M.Sc. degree in Law and Anthropology from London School of Economics and Political Science (2011), a M.A. degree in Law from Nanjing University (2011), and a graduate certificate from Hopkins-Nanjing Centre (2010). Ming double-majored in Law and English Literature at Nanjing University and earned her B.A. degree in 2008.
