Oliver assists clients in maximizing the value and maintaining the liquidity of their real estate assets, providing clear, considered, commercial, solution-based advice. While his primary focus is to understand a transaction from his client's perspective, Oliver recognises that in order to achieve a successful outcome it is also important to listen to and seek to understand the views of all of the parties involved in a transaction.
Prior to joining Ogier in 2015, Oliver was an Associate in the real estate team at Bird & Bird in London. Having previously spent a number of years in London as part of the real estate teams at Wragge Lawrence Graham and Dentons he has represented leading corporates, investors, developers, corporate occupiers as well as the public sector on a variety of market-leading UK and cross-border matters.
Oliver completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP in Central London between 2006 and 2008.
