Andrew joined Ogier in June 2004. After working in the law firm for over six years and qualifying as a Guernsey Advocate, Andrew transferred to Ogier's fiduciary services business in October 2010 as a technical director.
As a managing associate working with Ogier's law firm Andrew gained experience of a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, setting up and providing ongoing Guernsey legal advice to a range of structures from private companies and limited partnerships to joint ventures and investment funds (both open and closed ended).
As well as being an advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey, Andrew is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, an attorney and counselor at law in New York State and a legal practitioner in Zimbabwe (non-practising).
