Andy joined Ogier in May 2006 following 5 years with the Melbourne corporate advisory group of national Australian lawyers, Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Prior to this, Andy spent 4 years training and working with Scottish corporate lawyers, Dickson Minto, in Edinburgh and London.
Andy has a broad range of experience in corporate and commercial matters, in particular M&A and capital raisings. His practice in Guernsey encompasses corporate and commercial advice, investment funds work, and legislative and regulatory compliance.
Andy is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and is also admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and in the States of New South Wales and Victoria in Australia.
Andy became a Senior Associate of Ogier on 1st February 2007.
