Anne-Marie is an Associate Director of Ogier Fiduciary Services and a Director of several of its operating subsidiary companies. She manages a team of administrators and accountants providing administration and accounting services to special purpose vehicles.
Anne-Marie currently sits on a number of boards of Commercial Paper Issuers, Medium Term Note Issuers and associated holding companies. She is a certified chartered accountant and has over 15 years experience in the offshore financial services industry. She joined Ogier in 2003 and in 2008 obtained the Islamic Finance qualification, a Securities & Investment Institute qualification.
