Chula O'Donoghue is an Associate in the Business and Trust  Law Group. She has experience advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial and banking transactions, regularly acting for banking institutions on significant lends and security packages. 

Chula was admitted as an English Solicitor in September 2009 after training with Ogier, having joined the firm directly following her legal studies in October 2005.

Chula achieved a BA in Law (Hons) from University of Hertfordshire in 2004 and was awarded her postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bristol Institute of Legal Practice in 2005.

Chula is a member of The Law Society of England and Wales.
