David joined Ogier in January 2007. Prior to joining Ogier David was concurrently Managing Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited and Director of PwC Regulatory Consulting.
David worked as a Senior Policy Adviser to the Confederation of British Industries, and prior to that had a career in the Diplomatic Service lastly as Deputy Head of Overseas Territories Department in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office where he oversaw the regulatory review of the UK Overseas Territories financial services sectors, and before that as a UK representative to the OECD in Paris.
David gained his First Class Honours in English Literature and his MA from Trinity College, Cambridge. He is also STEP and ICA qualified.
David is an entrance exhibitioner and senior scholar of Cambridge University. He was also a presenter at the IMF Regional Commission (CARTAC) seminars which included presentations to the Central Banks of Barbados and Belize.
David is fluent in French, Thai and Cantonese.
