Marc Yates heads our Corporate and Commercial Team. His specialisations are corporate transactional and finance work, corporate restructuring and insolvency, public offerings and creating offshore structures. His clients are major international entities, law firms and other intermediaries. Recent work has included some high profile transactions involving public company equity issues, corporate restructuring and acting for clients in emerging markets, natural resources, energy sectors listed on the London Stock Exchange, AIM and other exchanges.

Marc also has a significant finance and banking practice advising on acquisition and corporate finance structures and all aspects of bank lending and security. Marc has been a partner since 1990.
