Michael joined Ogier in 2007. Prior to joining Ogier, Michael was a partner with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt in Ontario (1986 to 2007), and partner with McMillan, Binch, Mendelsohn in Ontario (1977 to 1986).
He received his Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, Ontario in 1972 and his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall in Ontario in 1975.
Michael is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the County of York Law Association, the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and the Cayman Islands Law Society.
