Neil joined Ogier in 2007. Prior to joining Ogier, Neil was a partner with DLA Phillips Fox (2001 to 2007), partner with Kandelaars, Riggall & Co., which ultimately merged with Knox & Hargrave (1986 to 2000), and practised and became partner with Ouwens Wagnitz & Co. (1976 to 1986), all in Australia.
He received his Bachelor of Laws in 1975 and his Masters of Laws (Commercial) in 1992, both from Adelaide University, Australia, and his Masters of Taxation from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2002.
Neil is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia (TIA) and past member of the TIA Legislative and Technical Sub-Committee, a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, and a past Chair of the Property Council of Australia Tax Committee.
