Nick joined Ogier's Jersey practice in 2002 from Watson, Farley & Williams in London. He has been a partner at Ogier since 2006. 

Based in Jersey, he practises both Jersey and British Virgin Islands law. His practice includes all aspects of corporate structuring and transactional work, including acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures, listing and public offerings, as well as banking and structured finance transactions, insolvency, security enforcement and restructuring.

He is also a director of Ogier Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited, which provides administration services to corporate-owned offshore structures, and he sits on the board of a number of substantial investment holding and financing companies.
