Background:
Nick Gamble joined Ogier in November 2007 from the finance department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London where he was a partner for more than 7 years.  Having also worked at  Allen & Overy and Nomura, he has considerable expertise across a broad range of debt products and transactions.  He regularly works with debtors, creditors and other advisory professionals on multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions and routinely acts for institutional clients on all manner of treasury related arrangements and event driven financings.

Note: On being admitted to the local Bar Nick will become a partner of the Ogier Guernsey legal practice.
