Nicola is a managing associate and solicitor with over 10 years commercial litigation experience. Her practice areas include corporate and commercial disputes, cross-border litigation, international asset tracing and fraud, funds litigation, shareholder / partnership disputes, significant property disputes, professional negligence actions, defamation, banking and secured lending litigation and contentious insolvency matters. She also has experience in mediation.

Prior to moving to Jersey, Nicola worked in our office in the British Virgin Islands. Nicola's practice in the BVI included all contentious aspects of commercial and insolvency law. She has worked closely with our corporate clients and various international law firms throughout the world with respect to large multi-jurisdictional transactions and disputes.
