Paul’s main areas of expertise include joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and trade sales, and both debt and equity financing for all forms of corporate vehicle. Paul also has experience of listings, mutual funds, restructuring and partnership work.

Paul obtained a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford in 1998, and went on to post-graduate study at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
