Peter is a partner in the Ogier group practising Cayman law.  He is the head of Ogier's global investment funds team.  Peter served on the Ogier group strategy and management boards from 2004 until 2011 and is the former Managing Partner of the Cayman office.

He received his Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours, from the University of York in 1987 and a British Academy postgraduate scholarship from Cambridge University in 1988, Common Professional Exam and Law Society Finals at Lancaster Gate, London (1990).

Peter is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, the Caymanian Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales.  Peter is a director of the global board of Hedge Funds Care and is a director of Cayman Finance. 

He is a frequent speaker at international professional association seminars and conferences.  He is recognised as a leading funds and corporate layers in The International Who's Who of Private Funds Lawyers, the IFLR 1000, Legal 500, Plc Which Lawyer? and Chambers Global.
