Rachael McDonald joined the BVI office in 2006 as an associate from Clifford Chance in London. Rachael has extensive experience in single and multi-jurisdictional corporate, structured finance, securitisation and financing transactions acting for arrangers, originators, issuers, financial institutions and other corporates.
Rachael gained a Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Laws at the University of Auckland.
