Rachael was born and educated in New Zealand. She gained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (majoring in Accounting and Economics) from Victoria University of Wellington and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2005. Upon graduation, Rachael worked for KPMG, one of New Zealands leading chartered accounting firms, specialising in corporate, indirect and international taxation. Rachael joined Ogier in May 2007.
