Richard joined Ogier in 2008 from Ashurst in London. His practice includes all aspects of corporate, commercial and investment funds law.
Richard has extensive experience in single and multi-jurisdictional M&A, corporate finance, joint ventures and the formation and regulation of hedge funds, real estate funds and private equity funds. Richard also advises on telecommunications regulation.
Richard obtained a BA in law from Oxford University in 2002, and went on to earn his Diploma in Legal Practice with distinction from Nottingham Law School in 2003. He is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.
