Serena has over ten years experience in helping foreign companies to set up global holding structures as well as trading opportunities. Experienced in trading company management, she is responsible for delivering practical solutions to corporate clients.
Prior to joining Ogier in 2011, Serena worked as General Manager in Corporate Services at Equity Trust focusing on helping clients to explore opportunities both into and out of China and across Asia. Before that, she worked for KPMG as an auditor for six years.
Serena received her degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting at the University of Salford.
Serena is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
