Wendy Walker is a senior associate in Ogier’s London office where she specialises in all aspects of British Virgins Islands Investment Funds and Corporate and Commercial Law. 

Wendy has advised fund managers, administrators and directors of investment funds on fund formation and their respective duties and liabilities and has extensive experience in advising upon initial public offerings and listings on major stock exchanges around the world.  In addition she advises on joint ventures, private placements, mergers, takeovers, corporate restructuring and insolvency.

Wendy graduated from the University of the West Indies with an L.L.B in 1994.
