Nick Kershaw is the Chief Executive of the Ogier Group and a partner in the Jersey Business & Trust Law Group specialising in investment funds, real estate investment and corporate work. He was formerly ranked by Legal 500 as the number one investment funds lawyer in Jersey and by Chambers as one of the top two corporate / commercial lawyers in Jersey. He is a past chairman of the Legal & Regulatory Sub-Committee of the Jersey Funds Association.

Nick studied at King’s College, University of London and Inns of Court School of Law in London. He became an English Barrister in 1988 and then requalified as a Jersey Advocate in 1996, becoming a partner of Ogier in 1997. Prior to joining Ogier he was with Clifford Chance in London.
