Adviser for Rubis and La Collette Terminal Limited in negotiations with the States of Jersey

Ogier has been the exclusive Jersey property adviser for Rubis and La Collette Terminal Limited since 2009 when the interest of Shell UK Ltd in the fuel terminal was acquired.

Lengthy and complex negotiations and political and strategic advice has been provided culminating in La Collette Terminal Limited acquiring the interest of Esso Petroleum Company Ltd in the Jersey fuel infrastructure business and thereafter concluding a lease with the Public of the Island in respect of the La Collette fuel farm.

Services also included the provision by Sara Johns of advice on an Operating Agreement, along with competition regulatory advice.
