Legal, tax and regulatory advice to Luxembourg master-feeder structure

Ogier's Luxembourg funds team provides legal and tax advice as well as regulatory assistance to a Luxembourg master-feeder fund structure which pursues an investment policy focused on originating, underwriting, and investing in a diversified portfolio of primarily senior secured corporate credit and debt instruments consisting of term loans, asset backed loans, sale leasebacks (or the functional equivalent) located or operating primarily in the United States and other jurisdictions where the legal system is based on English common law.

The fund’s investments aim to comply with the US based investment manager’s Impact, Environmental, Social and Governance Policy, which seeks to integrate environmental, social and governance factors, along with other criteria into the underwriting process at the time of the investment. Ogier also advises the fund in complying with its various SFDR legal obligations.
