Ogier advises Northwood Investors' sale of 20 Gracechurch Street in London

Ogier has advised long-standing client Northwood Investors LLC on the recent sale of 20 Gracechurch Street in London, a 16-storey office building in the heart of the city's financial and insurance districts.
Northwood Investors was advised by Ogier's Corporate team on all Jersey law aspects of the transaction.
Northwood, a vertically-integrated real estate company, owns and manages properties across the US and Europe, and has more than US$9 billion of assets under management.
The team was led by partners Simon Dinning and Oliver Richardson, and included managing associates Amy Garrod and Kevin Grove, senior associate Chloe Watson-Hill and trainee Hugo Reid.
