Ogier advises UBM Plc on the recommended offer by Informa Plc

An Ogier team led by Global Head of Corporate Simon Dinning is advising UBM Plc on the recommended offer by Informa Plc.

The offer values UBM Plc at £3.9 billion.

Ogier is advising on the Jersey law aspects of the proposed deal, working with lead counsel Linklaters.

Simon is assisted by managing associate Alexander Curry, senior associate Saraid Taylor and associate Chloe Watson-Hill.

UBM Plc is a long-standing client of Ogier and the deal, which comprises share and cash components, will be effected by way of a scheme of arrangement in Jersey.
