Ogier advises the Parish of St Helier in Jersey on all of its property matters including compulsory purchase, property developments, legal and title issues, property sales and lease and purchase matters.
Ogier assisted the Parish with a road extinguishment project in March 2015 and the compulsory acquisition of a roadway in 2014.
Other significant projects include advising in relation to a historic covenant pursuant to which the Parish has benefited from free waste disposal, and the acquisition and long term lease of key property required to give access to the town park development and a major cycle route.
