Esop Centre - share schemes and trustees seminar 2020

This 70-minute webclave will be chaired by Professor Michael Mainelli and after a keynote address by Rt.Hon. Mark Field, delegates will be invited to break into discussion groups and ask questions of the participating experts.

The following topics will be covered:

• The response of employee share schemes to Covid-19
• Recent cases in Esop Law and problems with EOTs
• How are we going to pay for the pandemic?
• Trust issues during the pandemic

Katherine Neal will be presenting on a round up of issues that trustees have faced because of the pandemic, e.g. electronic signatures and rule books and letters of wishes.
