Ogier is a sponsor for the Legal Week International Private Client Forum being held in Cernobbio, Italy.

The forum brings together distinguished private client lawyers from all over the world for three days of panel discussions, roundtables and workshops. Attendees examine timely and pressing issues faced by clients and develop new insights and strategies for optimising client service.

On day one of the conference, Partner and Global Head of Dispute Resolution, Rachael Reynolds joins the panel "Hide and Seek: Gathering (and protecting) information in international trust litigation" providing a multi-jurisdictional analysis of legal privilege, enforcement and information rights, discovery systems and information gathering tactics and measures.  

On day two, Partner James Campbell leads a breakout session examining "The role of asset holding structures and nuptial agreements in  the cross-border divorce world"
