Following on from our previous TAG webinar, Sally and Katherine will look at more issues in relation to trustees and ESG investments.  Sally will consider the types of clauses that trustees may wish to consider including in trust deeds to allow ESG investments and Katherine will look at the use of ESG investments for trustees of pensions.

An update on the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Law 2020
Presented by Josephine Howe, Partner in Private Wealth 

Josephine will provide an update on The Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Law 2020 (the DPI Law) which came into effect on 6 January 2021, together with the associated Order and Regulations. 

The DPI Law affects Jersey companies, foundations, incorporated limited partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships and separate limited partnerships (both existing and new), and introduces a revised statutory framework for reporting information on beneficial owners and controllers to the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
