We are delighted to invite you to attend the second in a series of seminars and webinars provided by Ogier's Trust Advisory Group titled 'My Trust Law is still better than your Trust Law'.

As the Trust industry becomes ever more cross jurisdictional we will be pitting Contentious Trust Partners Rachael Reynolds, from our Cayman office, Simon Davies, from our Guernsey office and Oliver Passmore, from our Jersey office against each other. We will be joined by guest speaker Edward Cumming QC, XXIV Old Buildings, who will moderate the panel style discussions.

In a battle of wits and advocacy skills each Partner will try to sell their offshore centre as the Trust jurisdiction of choice.

Each Partner will present short pitches on topical Trust law areas and describe briefly how issues arising are handled under the laws of their jurisdiction.

The following topics will be covered:

1.  The Rule in Saunders v Vautier
2.  Variation of Trusts
3.  Covid Court and other virtual experiences

Timings
4pm - 5pm BST
10am - 11am Cayman
