Enforcement of Judgments can be a complex topic and often requires an understanding of the law and process in other jurisdictions. The Legal 500 (Legalease) recently released the Country Comparative Guide on the 'Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters' which summarises the position in 22 countries. The aim of this guide is to provide its readers with a pragmatic overview of the law and practice of enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters across a variety of jurisdictions.

Following the recent release of the publication, we have joined up with Stephenson Harwood along with 21 other countries who participated in the comparative guide, and would like to invite you for a follow-up webinar where the expert lawyers who contributed to the guide will draw out the key points and differences between the jurisdictions. In this 90-minute virtual session designed for in house lawyers, counsel and overseas lawyers, lawyers across the globe will share their insights on points such as the legal framework, process, challenges to enforcement, appeals, costs and interests in their respective countries.

The event will be moderated by litigation partner Donna Newman of Stephenson Harwood and Mathew Newman of Ogier.
